What we receive

What you write in the contact form: your name, email, phone, how you prefer to be reached and your message. We ask that you leave medical details out of that message.

How we use it

Only to reply to you. We do not sell or share your information with advertisers.

If you are under 18

A parent or legal guardian signs consent before a first session, so a reply to a message may go to a parent. If you are a teen and want to write to us yourself, say how you would like us to reach you.

Counseling records

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. Before you start we explain the limits of confidentiality in writing.

This site

This site has no online scheduler and no chat. The Quick exit button leaves this site, but your browser still keeps a record of the visit; a private window keeps it out. If you use the practice's portal for the forms, that portal has its own privacy notice.

How to ask for deletion

Write to hello@kindlecounseling.com and we delete your form message, except what the law requires us to keep.
